Walk for awareness. Stay for the conversation.
Diabetes care starts with awareness, regular health checks and access to reliable information. Men’s mental health deserves the same openness, attention and support.
Our community walk is a chance to show up for both. Together, we can make it easier to ask questions, recognise when someone needs help and connect with the people who can support them.

What to know now.
When and where is the walk?
The 2027 walk is scheduled for 2 January in Kitui County, Kenya. The exact gathering point and start time will be shared once confirmed.
Are there distance categories or entry fees?
10KM entry: KES 2,500. Online registration opens with checkout. The route and meeting point are still being finalised.
